Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- preterm infants of less than 32 weeks of gestation
Exclusion
- preterm infant of 32 weeks of gestational age or older, feeding with solely formula milk
- ourborn infants
- retroviral infection
- CMV status of mother unclear
- informed consent missing
