Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients offered a rectal suction biopsy

Exclusion

  • any contraindication to general anesthesia or conscious sedation
  • contraindication to endoscopy
  • untreated or unmanageable coaguloapathy
  • thrombocytopenia (\<50)
  • inability to provide informed consent.
