Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Diagnosed with emphysema
  • Referred for pulmonary rehabilitation, lung volume reduction surgery, or lung transplantation

Exclusion

  • Non-obstructive lung disease
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) that is not predominantly due to emphysema
  • Inability to read English
