Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Provision of informed Consent
- Patients suffering from diabetes type II, insulin dependent or not insulin dependent.
Exclusion
- Type I diabetes
- Pregnancy diabetes
- Hospitalisation, as this is a primary care study
- Patients who are member of the Belgian Diabetes Convention
