Metoclopramide is an effective intravenous treatment for acute migraine attacks, but we do not know the best dose to administer. This study compares three different doses of metoclorpamide.

  • acute migraine

Exclusion

  • secondary cause of headache
  • lumbar puncture
  • allergy or intolerance to study medication
