Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • Chronic ischemic heart disease
  • Left ventricular dilation (end systolic volume \>140 ml)
  • Poor global contractile function (ejection fraction \<40%)
  • Substantial amount of residual viability (\>30% of left ventricle)
