Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- cirrhosis
- age 18-65yrs
- Pugh B
- written consent
Exclusion
- HIV, HBV or HCV infection
- hepatocellular carcinoma
- Pugh A or Pugh C cirrhosis
- creatinin \>200µMol/L
- sepsis
- psychiatric disorders
- extrahepatic neoplasia
