Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- exertional dyspnea
- undergoing heart catheterization for diagnosis or exclusion of coronary artery disease
- normal EF (\> 50%)
Exclusion
- atrial fibrillation
- more than mild valvular heart disease
- pericardial disease
- no informed consent
