Inclusion
- normal controls or glaucoma patients
- signal intensity of the OCT image \> 8
- cooperative subjects
Exclusion
- spherical equivalent refractive errors \> +4 diopters or \< -4 diopters
- significant media opacity
- previous intraocular surgery
