Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • normal controls or glaucoma patients
  • signal intensity of the OCT image \> 8
  • cooperative subjects

Exclusion

  • spherical equivalent refractive errors \> +4 diopters or \< -4 diopters
  • significant media opacity
  • previous intraocular surgery
