Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Men 50 years old or older
  • Must have a history of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and/or a history of tobacco use

Exclusion

  • Men younger than 50 years of age
  • No co-morbid condition such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and/or tobacco use.
