Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Medical Intensive Care Patients
  • Not intubated
  • Age 18 or older
  • History of any one of the following: asthma, COPD, ILD, or coronary disease

Exclusion

  • Sepsis
  • Life expectancy less than 1 month
  • Requiring BIPAP
