Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Medical Intensive Care Patients
- Not intubated
- Age 18 or older
- History of any one of the following: asthma, COPD, ILD, or coronary disease
Exclusion
- Sepsis
- Life expectancy less than 1 month
- Requiring BIPAP
