Inclusion
- age
- \>18 years,
- no known ihd
Exclusion
- renal failure ,
- medications including vitamin d, calcium ,phosphate
- hyper or hypoparathyroidism,
- abnormal calcium or phosphate values,
- known pathological coronary catheterization.
