Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Detroit Free Press Marathon participant on October 19, 2008,
  • Age \> 18 years old,
  • Ability to provide informed consent.

Exclusion

  • Known coronary or structural heart disease
  • Pregnancy,
  • Extreme claustrophobia,
  • Metal implants,
  • Renal dysfunction.
