Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • First anterior myocardial infarction.
  • Low systolic ventricular function.

Exclusion

  • Bleeding tendency
  • Contraindication to G-CSF
  • Cardiogenic shock
  • Hemodynamic instability
  • Hepatic or renal disease
  • Multivessel disease
