Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with pre-angiographic estimated creatinine clearance \< 60 ml/min
Exclusion
- contrast medium administration within the previous 10 days
- end-stage renal failure requiring dialysis
- refusal to give informed consent
- previous therapy with statin
