Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- four or more previous consecutive abortion,
- failed previous treatment with intravenous immunoglobulins
- negative to all clinical investigation for recurrent miscarriage
Exclusion
- in the last abortion a fetal karyotype showing chromosomal abnormality
- previous successful pregnancy
