Inclusion
- Patients with incisional hernia smaller than 8cm in diameter
- obtained informed consent
Exclusion
- Pregnancy
- Residual intraperitoneal mesh
- contaminated abdominal cavity
- longterm use of corticosteroids and other immunosuppressive agents
- bodymass index \> 45
- general contradictions for laparoscopy
