Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Thermal burns requiring surgical debridement
- Area involved \< 1260cm²
Exclusion
- local or systemic infection
- conditions that would interfere with wound healing (diabetes, hypertension, inflammatory diseases treated by corticoids)
- hypersensitivity to trypsin
