Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosis was based on clinical history and symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome
- Confirmed by nerve conduction studies.
Exclusion
- Other focal nerve entrapments
- Cervical radiculopathy
- Inflammatory joint disease
- Renal failure
- Thyroid disorders
- Previous wrist fracture
- Long-term exposure to vibrating tools.
