Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ventilated after elective cardiac surgery
Exclusion
- hemodynamic instability (eg. intraaortic balloon pump)
- acute lung injury, i.e. PEEP \> 10cmH20 or FiO2 \> 0.4
