Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Woman (European Caucasian)
- PCOS
- BMI = or \> 35
Exclusion
- Cushing syndrome
- Adrenal hyperplasia
- Androgen-producing tumors
- Anovulation caused by hyperprolactinemia
- Pregnancy, breast feeding
- Use of oral contraceptives/hormone treatment/insulin-sensitizing agents
