Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Woman (European Caucasian)
  • PCOS
  • BMI = or \> 35

Exclusion

  • Cushing syndrome
  • Adrenal hyperplasia
  • Androgen-producing tumors
  • Anovulation caused by hyperprolactinemia
  • Pregnancy, breast feeding
  • Use of oral contraceptives/hormone treatment/insulin-sensitizing agents
