Inclusion
- Patients with congestive heart failure NYHA I-II
- Stable clinical condition
Exclusion
- Resting systolic blood pressure \< 100
- Resting heart rate \< 50
- Hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine, phenylephrine, isoproterenol, terbutaline
