Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Primary umbilical hernia
  • Signed Informed consent

Exclusion

  • Umbilical hernia ≥ 4 cm diameter
  • Recurrence
  • Midline laparotomy
  • Ascites/Cirrhosis
  • ASA score IV or above
  • Incarcerated hernia/emergency procedures
