- Subjects who accept not to alter their food habits
Exclusion
- Food allergy
- Regular consumption of probiotics
- Diabetes
- Respiratory deficiency
- Cardiac deficiency
- Cancer or chronicle disease not stabilized
- Splenectomy, sickle-cell anemia
- Immuno depression or immunodeficiency acquired or congenital
- Immuno depressor or corticoid treatments
