Inclusion
- Adult patient
- Has submandibular sialadenitis
Exclusion
- Previous history of surgery or irradiation to the neck
- History of abscess formation in the region
- Patients having large, hard or fixed submandibular gland
- If there was suspicion of malignant submandibular tumour
