Inclusion

  • children with Prader-willi syndrome
  • children with simple obesity

Exclusion

  • subjects with diabetes mellitus (fasting plasma glucose \> 126 mg/dL with a 2-h oral glucose tolerance test value of \>200 mg/dl)
