Inclusion
- Periampullar carcinoma
- Pancreaticoduonectomy
- KARNOFSKY PERFORMANCE SCALE \> 70
- No history of Major operation
Exclusion
- Creatinine level\>3mg/L
- Ascitis/portal hypertension
- New York Heart Association class\>3
- COPD
- Preoperative Radiotheraly/chemotherapy
- Unresectable primary cancer
- Palliative surgery
