Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Envenomed by B. multicinctus
  • Showed clinical signs of systemic envenomation (neuromuscular signs)
  • Provided written informed consent (during the year 2006)

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy
  • Patients had a known history of intolerance to equine serum
