Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Subject undergoing thoracic or esophageal surgery requiring one-lung ventilation.
- Subject is \>18 years of age.
- Subject's BMI \> 35.
Exclusion
- Subject \< 18 years of age.
- Subject's BMI \< 35.
