Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients under mechanical ventilation with less of 24 hours and a expectative of stay intubated for more than 24 hours
Exclusion
- Intubation secondary to a neurological cause
- Pregnant women
- Severe asthma or COPD decompensation
- Palliative care
