Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • anterior vaginal wall prolapse with poin Ba at least at +1;
  • pre and postmenopausal patients

Exclusion

  • patients without surgical indication;
  • infection;
  • coagulopathy;
  • gynecologic cancer;
  • liver or kidney active diseases.
