Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • diagnosis of aSAH
  • indication to DVE positioning
  • clinical indication to sedation and assisted ventilation
  • indication to ICP and CBF monitoring
  • age \> 18

Exclusion

  • documented cranial hypertension (ICP\>18) not controller by liquor drainage
  • age \< 18.
