Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • overweight and obese men
  • normal to mild hypertriglyceridemia

Exclusion

  • Smoking
  • Any medical condition other than increased body weight (e.g. diabetes, heart disease, etc.).
  • Use of drugs known to affect lipid metabolism (e.g. statins, etc.).
  • Regular exercise training.
