Inclusion
- Fluent in English
- Previously experienced trauma (not current or ongoing; excluding bereavement)
- Currently experiencing trauma-related distress
Exclusion
- Currently involved in psychotherapy
- Currently taking psychotropic medications
- Imminent threat to self or others
