Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • clinical diagnosis of primary insomnia

Exclusion

  • diabetic neuropathy
  • cardiac arrythmia
  • liver disease (ALT\> 120 U/L)
  • renal disease (Cr\> 2 mg/dl)
  • severe depression
