Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Criteria of decompensated heart failure patients
- decompensated heart failure patients
- NYHA III-IV
- ejection fraction \< 35%
Exclusion
- psychosis
- dementia
- major depression
- reanimation (\<3month)
- patients with assist device system
