Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Long-stay,
- free of feeding tube,
- not receiving hospice care,
- not on a planned weight loss diet,
- able to speak English
Exclusion
- short stay/rehab only
- feeding tube
- hospice
- planned weight loss diet
