Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 6-10 year old healthy boys
- Lean or overweight
- Have not started puberty
Exclusion
- Chronic illness, asthma, or GI disorder
- Vegan Diet
- Use of routine medications or vitamins 4 weeks before study
