Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • typical chest pain;
  • ST segment elevation or depression in ECG;
  • indication for coronary angiography; if necessary with PCI and 4) signed inform consent.

Exclusion

  • known past history of a myocardial infarction;
  • not signed informed consent.
