Inclusion
- Breathing difficulties from vocal cord paralyses
- Tracheostomy tube
- Ability to understand the purpose of the research
- Appropriate hand motor coordination
Exclusion
- Lack of understanding the research
- Poor hand motor coordination
- Non-acceptance of tracheostomy
- Inability to passively move the paralyzed vocal cords
