Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 20-80 years
- Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
- Speaking and reading Hebrew
Exclusion
- Chronic medical condition requiring a specific diet
- Non Hebrew speaking
- Pregnant women
