Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Childrens with the diagnosis of tetralogy of fallot, ventricular septal defect and atrioventricular septal defect who are under one year of age.
Exclusion
- Patients who are having reoperation.
- Patients with comorbidities, such as heart failure.
- Patients receiving digoxin preoperatively.
