The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of K-604 for the treatment of atherosclerosis.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • moderate carotid artery stenosis

Exclusion

  • history of arteritis
  • heavily calcified plaque
  • uncontrolled hypertension
  • poorly controlled diabetes
  • hypercholesterolemia
