Inclusion
- Adults with chronic musculoskeletal pain, not accounted for by disease or tissue pathology, who are seeking or referred for this psychological treatment program
Exclusion
- Autoimmune diseases
- Cancer pain
- Illiterate
- Cognitively impaired
- Too medically ill
