Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Female patients aged 18-80 undergoing primary microvascular free flap reconstruction after mastectomy.
Exclusion
- Weight \>120kg Known or Suspected Aortic Insufficiency Renal Dysfunction (serum creatinine \>150 μmol/l)
