Inclusion

  • African American
  • Clinical Diagnosis of Hypertension
  • Patient at Cooper Green Hospital
  • Provided Informed Consent
  • Age 18 or older

Exclusion

  • Pregnant
  • Diagnosed with dementia, schizophrenia, bipolar illness, or other serious acute or chronic medical co-morbidity
