Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients between the ages of 18 and 75
- Documented clinical and electromyography (EMG) proven carpal tunnel syndrome
Exclusion
- Recurrent carpal tunnel syndrome
- Inflammatory arthropathy
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Diabetes
- \< 18 or \> 75 years old
- Pregnant at the time of enrollment
