Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients fulfilled the 2001 criteria for refractory asthma in American Thoracic Society.

Exclusion

  • Pregnant women.
  • Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases.
  • Patients with infective diseases.
  • Patients with leukocytopenia or anemia.
