Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients fulfilled the 2001 criteria for refractory asthma in American Thoracic Society.
Exclusion
- Pregnant women.
- Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases.
- Patients with infective diseases.
- Patients with leukocytopenia or anemia.
