Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- elective operation with intubation
- ASA I-IV
- speaks German
- at least one predictor for difficult intubation
Exclusion
- weight \<30kg
- Risk Aspiration
- Risk bleeding orally
- known or highly suspected difficult mask ventilation
- Mouth opening \< 20mm
