Inclusion
- 18 years or over
- BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2
- GP confirmation
Exclusion
- pregnant or lactating women
- patients with renal failure, pacemakers or cancer
- participating in other research affecting weight
- Ability to complete questionnaires
- Ability to give consent
